About the initiative

From skills development to employment

Emole Futures Initiative is developing a workforce pathway that connects underrepresented young adults with practical, employer-informed skills, mentorship, applied projects and pathways into employment.

Building on Emole's experience in AI, STEM, business and leadership programming, the initiative is being designed with employers, training partners and community organizations for multi-region delivery beginning in 2027, subject to funding and partner confirmation.

A separate program for young adults

Workforce Pathways is separate from our programs for Grades 2–12. Our youth programs build toward later education, career and workforce opportunities; Workforce Pathways is designed for young adults who are entering or moving into the workforce.

Participant registration is not open yet. It will open once the program is approved and launched.

Program design

How the pathway works

Who it is for

Underrepresented young adults entering or transitioning into the workforce. The exact age range will be published once the program design is approved.

What participants learn

Sector-specific AI and digital capabilities, applied problem-solving, workplace readiness, responsible technology use and employer-informed skills.

How it connects to work

Employer projects, mentorship, work-integrated learning, onboarding, placements, interviews, hiring pathways and on-the-job learning, depending on confirmed partner commitments.

Delivery model

Multi-region delivery supported by a reusable curriculum, digital delivery where appropriate, local partners and a common measurement framework.

Sector tracks: the sectors offered will be published once they are confirmed through the final program design and with employer partners.

Local coordinator and mentor capacity in expansion markets
A blended funding model combining employer participation, sponsorship, partner-supported delivery and future grants

Parcours vers l'emploi
